This Privacy Policy describes how HabiDone ("the App") handles user information.

The App primarily stores the following information on the user's device:

• Item names, notes, diary content, records, date information, and tags created by the user
• App settings and app-specific authentication settings
• Status information required to provide the App, such as ad removal purchase status
• Data required to create and restore backups

2. Purpose of Use

The information collected and stored is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the App's core features
• Delivering local notifications
• Creating and restoring backups
• Controlling ad display
• Checking ad removal purchase status

3. Notifications

The App shows local notifications only if the user grants permission. Notification settings can be changed by the user.

4. Advertising

The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. These service providers may collect device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and usage information for advertising delivery, performance measurement, and consent management.

This information mainly relates to advertising and consent management, and is distinct from item names, notes, diary content, and other content entered by the user into the App. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective service providers for details on the information they collect and how it is used.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may use Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchase information is managed by Apple, and the App operator does not directly collect credit card information or similar payment details.

6. Backups

Except as described in this policy, data entered into the App is, in principle, stored on the user's device and is not automatically transmitted to external servers.

The App may export and import backup files at the user's request. The user is responsible for managing where backup files are saved, shared, and stored. The App operator does not control or monitor how exported backup files are stored or shared after export.

7. Third-Party Sharing

Except where required by law, the App operator does not provide data entered by the user into the App to third parties.

However, third-party service providers used for advertising, consent management, and in-app purchases may process information to the extent necessary to provide those functions.

8. Security

The App operator strives to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of stored information. However, this does not apply to events caused by device loss, sharing by the user, or issues arising from the operating system or third-party services.

9. Children's Use

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian where necessary.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Any revised policy becomes effective when published.
